thedailywhat: Man’s Best Friend Forever of the Day: After Miguel Guzman died in 2006, his beloved German shepherd, Capitan, disappeared. But a week later, the Guzman family found the dog standing guard over his master’s grave in central Argentina. “Capitan came up to us, barking and wailing as if he were crying,”  says his widow, Veronica Guzman. “It is a mystery how he managed to find the place.” It’s now been six years since Capitan has left the gravesite. Cemetery staff have taken to his care and feeding. “During the day he sometimes has a walk around the cemetery, but always rushes back to the grave,” says cemetery director Hector Bacegga. “And every day, at 6 o’clock sharp, he lies down on top of the grave, stays there all night.” [nedhardy] Oh… *cries into arm quietly*
